§01 · The index

Disclosure index.

An unlisted proprietary company lodges nothing with a market operator, so there is no announcement stream and no reports shelf. What it does publish is set out below under its own name, with the date the company states, followed by a statement of what this portal does not hold.

What is not held. There is no continuous disclosure, because the company is admitted to no exchange and lodges nothing with a market operator. There is no annual report, financial statement, constitution, board charter or governance policy: the company states of itself that the only PDFs on its site are third-party regulator and standard-setter publications cited in its articles. There is no corporate governance statement and no Appendix 4G, both being Listing Rule instruments that do not apply to a company that is not listed. And there are no investor presentations: the company publishes product material and articles, and releases none of it as one.
