§01 · Governance and evidence

Show your work.

The company’s stated design goal is that every material output keeps its source, method, factor, assumption and review history attached. In its own words, that is what makes a number defensible when a board, assurer or lender asks. What follows is what it publishes about that, and what this portal does not hold.

What a private company is and is not obliged to publish. SustainTrue Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary company with no exchange listing. It is not subject to ASX Listing Rule 4.7.4 or 4.10.3, so there is no corporate governance statement lodged with a market operator, no Appendix 4G and no continuous-disclosure obligation. This portal therefore holds no governance statement, and says so rather than presenting an absence as a departure. What the company does publish about how it handles data, methods and evidence is set out below in its own words.
§02 · Data and evidence

Five commitments the company publishes about its own work.

Traceable by design

Every material output retains its source, method, factor, assumption and review history. Estimates are clearly identified and supported by the best available evidence.

Grounded in recognised standards

Methods are aligned to the GHG Protocol and mapped to AASB S2, ISSB, UK SRS and CSRD requirements, with the applicable methodology recorded alongside the output.

Clear data ownership

Clients retain ownership of their data. How information is stored, processed and used is documented clearly. The platform is stated to be GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Clear scope

The company’s role is to organise the data, methods and evidence that a client’s review and assurance processes rely on, so the position presented is the position that can be supported.

Built for scrutiny

Human review and approval controls, an auditor collaboration workspace with role-based view and co-authoring, and GDPR and CCPA compliant data handling.

§03 · Standards

What the outputs are mapped to.

AASB and ASRS S1 and S2

Australia’s climate disclosure standards. AASB S2 is mandatory for applicable entities; AASB S1 is voluntary.

ISSB (IFRS S1 and S2)

The international baseline the Australian standards are built on.

UK SRS S1 and S2

The United Kingdom’s sustainability reporting standards.

GHG Protocol Corporate Standard

SustainQ is described as a sustainability management solution aligned with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.

CSRD and ESRS

The European corporate sustainability reporting regime.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

Named on the company’s own compliance strip.

Share register and registry. A proprietary company keeps its own member register under the Corporations Act rather than appointing a share registry, and its shares are not quoted on any market. So there is no registrar to send a holding question to, and this portal names none: a holder deals with the company directly. A listed company would send register matters to its registry and company matters to investor relations; here both go to the same place.

§04 · Corporate citizenship

The one commitment the company dates about itself.

Everything else the company publishes is about its product or about the regulation its customers face. This is the exception, and the share committed carries the date the company announced it.

1%Share of resources committed under Pledge 1%

Charity partners named

Employee time contributed

Amount donated

The company describes the pledge as a global movement that empowers companies of all sizes to drive positive social impact through their business, and states that specific charity partners will be announced as programs are confirmed. Nothing has been announced since, so the three rows beside the commitment say so rather than estimating a figure.

§05 · Who signs

Accountability has a name.

Adnan Rasool founded the company and leads strategy, product and operations. Kelvin McGrath is the named technology partner. No other officer is published.
